Do you want to make a difference?

It’s not just our 15th year, but our huge Mt. Kilimanjaro year!

Our climbers are fundraising and we invite you to also fundraise from your place with ‘What’s Your Kilimanjaro 2019?’

In September 2019 a team of world-changing Orphans Aid supporters will travel to Uganda to visit our ‘Family Strengthening Project’ in Entebbe. They’ll then travel on to Tanzania and the formidable Mt. Kilimanjaro to climb to the top over an eight-day period.

Their goal is to celebrate 15 years of Orphans Aid International and to fundraise $50,000 combined to help children in Uganda to thrive!

Scroll down to see our climbers pages and to support them, or register below to fundraise from home with your own ‘What’s Your Kilimanjaro’!

This is a challenge of a life-time! Mt. Kilimanjaro is one of the world’s great ‘Seven Summits’. It’s described as the ‘Roof of Africa’ and at 5,895 meters it’s the ‘World’s Highest Free-Standing Mountain’. Altitude sickness is the biggest barrier to reaching its summit.

Join the Challenge!

We’d like to invite you to join in by creating your own personal challenge.

What’s your Kilimanjaro?

It could be almost anything. Your first half marathon? Your 50th marathon! Doing your own virtual climb? Going barefoot? Non-stop bake-athon? You name it – if it challenges you, we’d love you to join with us as we build together for this epic challenge.

Better still sign up for your own challenge and build a team around you! The more individuals and teams the more we can fundraise. Let’s move the mountains in others lives by taking on our own personal challenges.

For me Mt. Kilimanjaro is a huge challenge. I’ve never done anything like this before. I’ve been training for a few months now and still have several months to go. It takes discipline and some courage, but why not! We need to do all we can when it’s in our power to do so. If I can, you can. Please join me and others in this fun way of bringing change.
